PREPARATIONS AND FORE-PRESSING
For processing of sunflowers, soy and other oil crops we offer as complete lines so specific equipment as: grinding and roll mills, cookers, presses (fore-presses, finishing presses), expanders and extrusion machines
DEHULLING EQUIPMENT
The residual husk content after dehulling is 6-12%. The residual husk in oil is determined by the targets of end user.
OIL TREATMENT
For oil treatment (laced with water or without it) and oil hydration only high-tech decanters and separators of the leading international manufactures are applied
OIL REFINING
For oil refining we offer chemical and physical refining. Lines of continuous hydration, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization and desodorization
LECITHIN AND MARGARINE PRODUCTION
Technical process of lecithin filtration, hydration and drying is automatically controlled and performed uninterruptedly. Universal hydration and drying lines allow to produce as soy so food-grade oil seed rape lecithin which is the premium class product limited presented in Russian market
HUSK AND MEAL PELLETIZATION
For husk pelletization applied as biofuel and meal applied in food meal industry we offer as complete lines so specific equipment parts with capacity of 2-30 tons per hour
OIL EXTRACTION LINE
We offer complete oil extraction line ensuring a low residual oil percentage of meal (less than 1 %) and a low solvent discharge (less than 0.07%)
